How to make the most of your multifunctional pan

  • Rich stews. Use it to simmer, concentrating flavors in every bite. 

  • Steaming. With the stainless-steel strainer, you can easily prepare a variety of dishes from crisp vegetables to a delicate fish. 

  • Desired baking. Prepare your favorite desserts at a maximum temperature of 400 oF. Don’t use it in the broiler or microwave.  

If you’re cooking grains or vegetables without the strainer, keep the following in mind: 

  1. Place the food in the pan, ensuring to rinse and drain excess water. 

  1. For dried beans, rice, carrots, or potatoes, add the amount of water the recipe calls for. 

  1. Do not exceed medium heat. 

  1. Cook with the lid on and the Whistle Knob open. 

  1. Once the whistle blows, lower the heat and continue cooking as directed in the recipe.
